چکیده
This work presents a mathematical model to investigate the current outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) worldwide. The infection dynamics and emphasizes role immune system: both humoral response as well adaptive response. We built delay differential equations describing simplified view mechanism between COVID-19 virus system. conduct an analysis exploring different scenarios, our numerical results indicate that some theoretical immunotherapies are successful in eradicating virus.

Mathematical Model of Novel COVID-19 and Its Transmission Dynamics
In this paper, we formulated a dynamical model of COVID-19 to describe the transmission dynamics of the disease. The well possedness of the formulated model equations was proved. Both local and global stability of the disease free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium point of the model equation was established using basic reproduction number. The results show that, if the basic reproduction numb...
متن کاملHealth policy and the fight against Covid-19, a narrative review of Ghana’s response
Background: The Covid-19 pandemic continues to adversely affect healthcare systems globally. Developed and underdeveloped countries continue to strive towards sustainable health policies that will help in containing the spread and at the same time managing positive cases. Global policy initiatives since the confirmation of the outbreak is guided by the recommendations from the World health orga...
متن کاملCOVID-19: combining antiviral and anti-inflammatory treatments
The high affinity of baricitinib for the numb-associated kinase (NAK) family, its anti-inflammatory properties, with its advantageous pharmacokinetic properties, appear to make it a special case among the approved drugs. In addition, the potential for combination therapy with baracitinib is high, because of its low plasma protein binding and minimal interaction with CYP enzymes and drug transp...
متن کاملSTING agonists induce an innate antiviral immune response against hepatitis B virus.
Chronicity of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is due to the failure of a host to mount a sufficient immune response to clear the virus. The aim of this study was to identify small-molecular agonists of the pattern recognition receptor (PRR)-mediated innate immune response to control HBV infection. To achieve this goal, a coupled mouse macrophage and hepatocyte culture system mimicking the int...
متن کاملTherapeutic potential of Paclitaxel against COVID-19
The coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19) was reported in Wuhan, China, in late December 2019 and soon became the most serious global health challenge due to high rate of human-to-human transmission. The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2), is a single-stranded RNA virus and belongs to the large Coronaviridae family. Paclitaxel, an antineoplastic drug extracted from the Tax...
